How can I access my member benefits?

OneFamily Member Benefits are currently available for customers that have one of the following products with us:

• Child Trust Fund
• Junior ISA
• Junior Bond
• Family Bond

If you hold one of these policies and have given us an email address, you should have received an email inviting you to register for access to OneFamily Member Benefits. Once you've registered, you can access your member benefits through the Member Benefits Portal. 

We're currently working on rolling out member benefits to all of our customers. If member benefits aren't available for your policy right now, we'll let you know when that changes.
