Why can't I see my children's accounts?

If your child is 16 or over

When your child turns 16, they’ll be able to take over managing their own Child Trust Fund or Junior ISA as the Registered Contact.

If your child has done this, you won’t be able to see their Child Trust Fund or Junior ISA in your own online account anymore as it will have been moved to theirs.

If your child is 18 or over

When your child turns 18, they automatically become the owner of the Child Trust Fund or Junior ISA and it will stop showing in your online account.

This will happen even if your child has not yet registered to take over their account. They will need to create their own online account to manage their product.

If your child is not yet 16

If your child is not yet 16 and you can’t see their Child Trust Fund or Junior ISA in your online account, please send us a secure message or give us a call on 0344 8 920 920.
