How do I set up an online account?

To set up your online account, simply click 'Log In' and then 'Register' in the main navigation bar.

You'll need to choose your OneFamily product and enter some personal details so we can find your product.

If you've got multiple products with us, you'll only need to do this once, but please remember that some products are currently not available in our online account.

Once we've found your product, we'll get your online account set up. You'll need to enter an email address and choose a password. We'll text you a security code to complete your account setup so please make sure you have your mobile phone handy.
