I'm having trouble registering my product for an online account

If you're having trouble registering your product, there's a couple of things to check:

Check you're registering a product that has an online account

At the moment, you can register Child Trust Funds, Junior ISAs, Lifetime ISAs and Stocks & Shares ISAs for our online account.

We're working on making the rest available soon.

Check if your details have changed

Details, such as your address, might have changed since you originally became a OneFamily customer. Once you've logged in, you can update any details that are incorrect by going to your ‘Profile’ section.
