Why doesn't my product have an online account?

Unfortunately, not all of our products are available in our online account at the moment. We're working hard to get this set up for all customers, but for now online accounts are only available to Child Trust Fund, Junior ISA, Lifetime ISA and Stocks & Shares ISA customers.

This might mean that if you hold more than one product with us, you might not be able to see them all in your online account. If you hold an Over 50s or Adult Investment product with us, you can set up a separate servicing account to look after these products.

We'll let you know as soon as online accounts are available for your product.
