Why can't I see all of my accounts?

Unfortunately, not all our products can be managed through your online account. You won't yet be able to see the following products in your online account (but will do soon):

  • Junior Bonds
  • Family Bonds
  • Over 50s Life Cover
  • Adult Savings and Investment products - you can however open a servicing account to manage this type of product.

Please note that currently only Child Trust Funds, Junior ISAs, Lifetime ISAs and Stocks & Shares ISAs will show in your online account.

If you're managing a Child Trust Fund or Junior ISA on behalf of your child and can't see their product in your online account, please see "Why can't I see my children's accounts?".
