How can I receive communications from you in paper or another format?
At OneFamily, we choose to speak to our customers by email wherever possible. This is to reduce our impact on the environment.
However, if you would prefer us to contact you by post or by phone, that’s not a problem.
You can request this by sending us a secure message through your online account or by calling us on 0344 8 920 920. Our call centre is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
