How do I cancel my product?

After we've accepted your application and you've made your first payment, you'll have 30 days to cancel. If you decide to do so, we'll transfer your money back to you.

Please be aware that for stocks and shares products, the value might have gone down so you might get back less than you've paid in.

If more than 30 days have passed, you will need to withdraw your investments and close your product on the 'Payments and Transactions' section within your online account.

With children's savings accounts, once the 30 days have passed, you won't be able to close the account until the child is 18 although you can transfer it to another provider at any time.
