How do I cancel my product?
Lifetime ISAs and stocks and shares ISAs
After we've accepted your application and you've made your first payment, you'll have 30 days to cancel. This is known as a 'cooling off period'. If you decide to cancel, we'll transfer your money back to you.
Please be aware that the value might have gone down since you made your payment so you might get back less than you've paid in.
If more than 30 days have passed, you'll need to withdraw your investments and close your product, which you can do in the 'Payments and Transactions' section of your online account.
Junior ISAs and child trust funds
If you change your mind about a children's savings account you've opened with us, you have 30 days after your first payment has been received to cancel. After this, you won't be able to close the account but you can transfer it to another provider at any time. We don't charge you to do this.
Once the child is 18, they'll be able to close the account.
There are rare circumstances where we may close the account for you after the 30 day cooling off period, for example if the child has died. Please contact us to discuss the situation and how we can help.
