When will I get my money?

If you've withdrawn money from your Child Trust Fund or Junior ISA, we'll process this the next working day.

It can take up to five days for this money to show in your account. If we're sending your money by cheque, this could take longer depending on the post.

If you've withdrawn money from your Child Trust Fund or Junior ISA, it's important to remember that your account value will change depending on how the stock market performs, so the money you receive could be different from what you initially chose.

If you think you should have received your money by now and haven't, please send us a secure message in your online account.
