I'm having trouble using Yoti

We use an app called Yoti to make sure that when we transfer money to you, it really is you we’re sending it to.

If you’re having problems using it, please first double-check your personal details are correct and up to date in your online account. The details that Yoti has in the app need to match exactly what we hold for you so you can pass our security checks.

Alternatively, you can choose to be sent your money by cheque. If you select this option, there’s no need to use Yoti. Please make sure that we have your current address in your online account.
