I've opened a new product with my Child Trust Fund money, when will it be invested?

If you've put some or all of your Child Trust Fund money into another OneFamily product, like a Lifetime ISA or an ISA, then you should be able to see your new account when you log in.

However, it can take up to five days for the actual money to show in the account. Let us know if it's been longer than this and we'll take a look at what's happening. Get in touch by logging into your online account and sending us a message.
