OneFamily’s Tracey Strutt wins Manager of the Year at the 2018 UK National Contact Centre Awards

Tracey Strutt, who works for Brighton based OneFamily, has won silver for Manager of the Year in the UK National Contact Centre Awards.

The awards recognise individuals and teams who are working to make their contact centres professional and industry-leading. Tracey Strutt was nominated by a member of her team for her dynamic, forward-thinking approach to contact centre management, which has been integral in the success of the department.

Tracey manages a team of nearly 70 people, who are the first point of call for customers who want to discuss their OneFamily savings and investment products.

Tracey Strutt, commented:

“To win a Silver Award at such a prestigious, national event, is a great achievement. Although it was a personal award, without my team it would not have been possible.”
