Annual report and financial statements
The annual report and financial statements document for each year is made available to members before the Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Being a Friendly Society means that we can focus on what’s important to our members, such as providing quality products, services and member benefits rather than paying dividends.
During the earlier months of the pandemic, our CEO, Chairman, Board Members and our Senior Executive team who report to the Board, voluntarily took salary and fee reductions. These funds were used for the temporary introduction of Hardship Grants to help customers who were financially impacted when lockdown restrictions were first introduced.

Please note: On the 29th July 2019 Family Investment Management Limited replaced Santander Asset Management UK Limited as the Authorised Fund Manager (AFM) of the Santander Stockmarket 100 Tracker – Growth Unit Trust, the Trust was also renamed the OneFamily Stockmarket 100 Trust. The Report and Accounts for this Trust will be made available once OneFamily has completed an accounting period as the AFM.
Important news about the Family Investments Child Trust Fund (unit trust)
From 16th May 2013, the Family Investments Child Trust Fund will no longer publish its daily unit price, or estimated distribution yield, in the Financial Times.
