How do I make a one-off payment?

There are several ways to make one-off payments.

If you’d like to pay into someone else's account, click on the ‘Payments’ link at the top of the OneFamily website to make an online payment or to find out about our other payment options.

If you’d like to pay into your own product, please log into your online account.

Once you're logged in, you'll see a 'One-off payment' option on the dashboard, or you can click into the summary page of the product you want to pay into where there’s a 'Make a one-off payment' option.

If your product doesn't currently have an online account, please call us on 01273 062555 to make a payment.
