In less than two years OneFamily has grown its Swindon base from just five people to a team of over 100. It’s now looking to recruit 32 more local people to telephone sales roles in the next few months.
The financial services company has recently expanded its offices to take over the entire ground floor of Regus House on Windmill Hill Business Park. It has big plans, aiming to increase its team of telephone sales and customer service colleagues to around 200 people by the end of the year.
Matthew Ellis, OneFamily’s Direct Sales and Marketing Director said, “We’ve just doubled our office space to allow for further expansion so that we can benefit from the wealth of talent that’s to be found right here in Swindon.
“There are a variety of roles that would suit all ages and levels of experience in our friendly teams and full training is given. There’s also a generous package of benefits and we’ve just kitted out our new offices, so it’s a lovely place to work – we even have a games room.
“It’s an exciting time to join OneFamily as we are growing rapidly and have plenty of ambition combined with over 45 years of experience.
“We’re an organisation that’s all about doing the right thing by people, so we’re looking for colleagues who share our values and want to enjoy coming to work everyday.”
Situated close to the M4, there is free onsite parking and the office is on a bus route, with easy access for cyclists.

Supporting our members and their communities
As a mutual, OneFamily is owned by its members for its members – and doing right by them is at the heart of our business.
We don’t have shareholders to pay dividends to, so we reinvest our profits to provide quality products and services for the benefit of our members. Our community funding has supported dementia charities, homeless projects and provided work for young people with learning disabilities as well as funding projects such as the renovation of swimming pools and parks.
OneFamily customers can also apply for a Young Persons Education Grant of up to £250 to help them or someone, aged 15-19, they care about. They can be used for study materials, to travel costs or a new laptop.
