I've received an email from you - how do I know it's genuine?

We'll never ask you for money or personal details in any of our emails. If you’ve received an email claiming to be from OneFamily that asks you to transfer money to another account or do anything else that you feel is suspicious, please let us know.

All our emails are sent from an address ending in @onefamily.com. If the address is anything different, please do not click any of the links and let us know by sending us a secure message in your online account.

We do occasionally work with different companies who might send you emails on our behalf. But if you're ever unsure if an email is genuine, please don't click anything before checking with us.
