OneFamily New Policy 2024 Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

(Effective from 7th March 2024 to 31st May 2024)

This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the OneFamily New Policy 2024 Prize Draw [The 'Prize Draw'). Participants should keep a copy of these terms and conditions.

  1. OneFamily reserve the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions of the Prize Draw at any time, without notice.
  2. The promoter of the Prize Draw is OneFamily is a trading name of Family Assurance Friendly Society Limited (incorporated under the Friendly Societies Act 1992, Reg. No. 939F), Family Investment Management Limited (Co. No. 1915516) and Family Equity Plan Limited (Co. No. 2208249). Registered in England & Wales at 16-17 West Street, Brighton, BN1 2RL, United Kingdom.
  3. Participants will be entered into the Prize Draw automatically if they open a new OneFamily investment policy (‘new policy’) between 7th March 2024 and 31st May 2024. The new policy can be a Family Bond, Junior Bond, ISA, Junior ISA or Lifetime ISA.
  4. Only one entry will be counted per participant. If more than one new policies are created by a participant, only the first one will be eligible for entry into the Prize Draw.
  5. Entry is only available to new investment account policy holders. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Prize Draw.
  6. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 years or over.
  7. Employees of OneFamily are not eligible to enter.
  8. Entry to the Prize Draw will open 7th March 2024 and will close on 31st May 2024 (The 'Closing Date'). Any participant who opens a new policy after the Closing Date will not be entered into the Prize Draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  9. Valid entries received between 00:00 on 7th March 2024 and 23:59 on 31st May 2024 will be entered into the Prize Draw.
  10. There will be one winner in the Prize Draw. The Prize as follows: 1 x Macbook Air.
  11. The Prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The Prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. OneFamily reserve the right to substitute any part of the Prizes with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  12. The winners of The Prize Draw will be chosen at random by an independent person after the Closing Date and their decision shall be final and binding. OneFamily shall not enter into correspondence in relation thereto.
  13. All winners of the Prize Draw will be contacted no later than 8 weeks after the Closing Date, to notify them that they have won.
  14. If a winner does not respond within 28 days, or if their entry does not meet these terms and conditions, their entry will be discounted, and another winner will be chosen in their place. Once a new winner has been chosen, the original winner's entry will be void and they will not be eligible to claim the Prize.
  15. The winner of the Prize Draw is responsible for any expenses incurred as a result of receiving the Prize.
  16. In any case of circumstances beyond OneFamily's reasonable control, OneFamily reserve the right to cancel, extend or shorten the period of participation or alter in any way whatsoever the terms and conditions of this Prize Draw.
  17. OneFamily reserve the right to withhold or combine the Prize/s in case of insufficient quality of entries.
  18. OneFamily cannot accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Prize Draw or as a result of accepting the Prize. Nothing shall exclude OneFamily’s liability for death or personal injury as a result of its negligence.
  19. OneFamily must either publish or make available information that indicates that valid awards took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of prize winners to anyone who writes to OneFamily Cross Sell Prize Draw, Marketing Team, OneFamily, 16-17 West Street, Brighton, East Sussex, BN1 2RL (enclosing a stamped addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated in condition 9. If you object to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please contact us in such circumstances. OneFamily must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
  20. In the event of any legal dispute in relation to the Prize Draw, English law will apply, and the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.
