How do I let OneFamily know I have power of attorney?

If you haver power of attorney for a OneFamily customer, you can let us know by calling 0344 8 920 920 or, if you have access to your online account, log in to send us a message and we'll sort everything out for you.

We'll need to ask you some security questions and you'll need to provide proof from a solicitor that you have power of attorney.

Our call centre is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm, and on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
