To create a dynamic, collaborative and inclusive culture at OneFamily we need a clearly defined Inclusion & Belonging strategy.

The power of diversity

Our organisation is made up of brilliant, unique individuals. And we value the power of this diversity in our people.

Our 2025 Inclusion & Belonging strategy is focused on understanding more about our OneFamily community, with the aim to drive inclusion for our colleagues, customers and communities.

Through our strategy we aim to:

  • Celebrate our diverse colleagues and recognise celebrations and holidays that are important to our colleagues and customers.
  • Educate colleagues so that we can create an inclusive culture, providing all colleagues with equitable opportunities to develop and progress.
  • Increase visibility of diversity within OneFamily through collecting voluntary data from colleagues, and via our employee networks and celebrations.
