Our 2025 Inclusion & Belonging strategy is focused on understanding more about our OneFamily community, with the aim to drive inclusion for our colleagues, customers and communities.
Through our strategy we aim to:
- Celebrate our diverse colleagues and recognise celebrations and holidays that are important to our colleagues and customers.
- Educate colleagues so that we can create an inclusive culture, providing all colleagues with equitable opportunities to develop and progress.
- Increase visibility of diversity within OneFamily through collecting voluntary data from colleagues, and via our employee networks and celebrations.
