Introducing Proudly@

Proudly@ aims to:

• provide visibility for our LGBTQ+ colleagues and their allies across the business
• create a community and support/social network
• educate colleagues and share experiences to create an inclusive working environment
• recognise and celebrate LGBTQ+ events and dates in the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) calendar.

How Proudly@ has been fostering inclusivity at OneFamily

During LGBTQ+ History Month, a member of Proudly@ wrote a series of articles on LGBTQ+ history to share with colleagues.

In August 2024, the Network hosted a lunch for colleagues to celebrate the upcoming Brighton & Hove Pride in 2024. OneFamily have been proud supporters of Pride since 2016. A flagship event in the Brighton calendar each year, it brings together the whole community in a celebration of love, diversity, acceptance and joy.

Proudly@ is planning more events to take place in 2025, including coming up with fun ideas to celebrate and educate colleagues about Pride in July/August 2025.
