I have a question about my statement

You can view your latest and past statements by logging into your online account and going to the 'Documents' section.

If something doesn't look right, please send us a secure message from your online account.

Online accounts are currently available for Stocks and Shares ISAs, Lifetime ISAs, Junior ISAs and Child Trust Funds.

If you have a Family or Junior Bond, or another product that doesn't currently have access to our online account, you won't yet be able to view your statements online (we're working on it!) so you'll need to give us a call on 0344 8 920 920 or use the paper statements sent in the post.
