How do I view my statements?
You’ll receive statements from us at different times of the year depending on which product you have.
- Junior and adult ISAs: We’ll send you a statement by post four times a year. The first statement on the calendar year will include details of the annual costs and charges.
- Lifetime ISA: A new statement will be sent to your online account four times a year. The frequency of these is based from the opening date of your account. Another document with your annual costs and charges will also be made available online each year.
- Child Trust Funds: We’ll provide you with a statement just before your child turns 11 and 16 years old. We will also provide a statement if there have been any payments into the account in the previous statement year.
- Junior Bond and Family Bonds: We’ll send a statement once a year, just after the anniversary of the Bond’s start date.
- Unit Trusts: We’ll send you a statement twice a year in February and September.
- Pensions, Endowments and other Investments: We’ll send you a statement each year.
You can find all your statements in your online account in the ‘Documents’ section. If your product doesn’t have an online account, but you’ve not received paper statements, please call us on 0344 8 920 920 and we’ll look into it.
