Why is my account balance showing as zero after I've made a transfer?

If you've transferred your money between two OneFamily products, for example you've transferred your OneFamily Child Trust Fund (CTF) into a OneFamily Lifetime ISA, it can take up to four working days for your new balance to show.

Until then, it might show as zero on both the product you've transferred from, and your new product.
