Why can't I see all of my or my children's accounts?

Your child’s accounts

When your child turns 16, they have the option to take over managing their Child Trust Fund or Junior ISA as the Registered Contact.

Once this has happened, they'll be responsible for looking after it and you therefore won't be able to see their product in your online account.

When they turn 18, they will automatically become the owner of the Child Trust Fund or Junior ISA and it will stop showing in your online account. They’ll need to create their own online account to see it.

Your accounts

Unfortunately, not all our products can be managed through your online account. You won't yet be able to see the following products in your online account (but will do soon):

  • Junior Bonds
  • Family Bonds
  • Over 50s Life Cover
  • Adult Savings and Investment products - you can however open a servicing account to manage this type of product.

Please note that currently only Child Trust Funds, Junior ISAs, Lifetime ISAs and Stocks & Shares ISAs will show in your online account.
