Changes to the Ex Gan ISA

On this page you can find information on the changes to the ex Gan ISA, coming into effect on 1 April 2022.

The ISA manager for the Ex Gan ISAs has changed

Every ISA is managed by an “ISA Manager”. The ISA Manager for your OneFamily ISA was “Family PEP Managers Limited (FPML)”.

As part of work to rationalise our ISA business we transferred the ISAs managed by FPML to another of our ISA Managers.

As a result, on 1 April 2022 we transferred your ISA to “Family Equity Plan Limited (FEPL)”.

How does this change impact someone who has one of these ISAs?

We continue to administer the accounts in the same way as before. The only change is the name of the ISA Manager, from FPML to FEPL. This will first been seen in statements from the 1st of June.

As part of this change we have taken the opportunity to refresh the Terms and Conditions to reflect these changes and to include updates to legislation and process that have happened since you took your contract out. A copy can be found. A summary of what has changed or been added can be seen below. The contact details, including the address for both the old and new ISA Managers remain unchanged.
