OneFamily member benefits FAQs

If you're having trouble with registering for OneFamily member benefits, this could be because:

• you haven’t been sent a registration invite email yet. It's only possible to register for member benefits via this email, and we'll be continuing to send invites to our members this year. If you think you should've been sent a registration invite email, then please contact us so we can look into this for you
• your registration email is unique to the product you hold with OneFamily and can only be used once. If you've already registered your details then you won't be able to register for a second time. Instead, you can log into the account you've already set up to access your member benefits
• your personal details will be pre-populated when you visit the registration page. If you change your details to something that isn’t recognised (for example an email address without an ‘@’ symbol), this may stop you completing the registration process. So please check you've entered your details correctly
• you need to tick the box to agree to the member benefits terms and conditions before you’re able to complete your registration.

Before you can access your member benefits, you'll need to complete your registration. This is a two-part process:

First you'll need to submit your details and preferences on the registration form.

You'll then receive a verification email to the email address you registered with. This will be from [email protected] with the subject line: Verify your email address to access your OneFamily Member Benefits. 

You need to click on the link in this email to complete your registration. If the verification email isn't in your inbox, please check your junk mail as it sometimes ends up there.

Once you've completed your registration, you'll receive a welcome email. You'll then be able to log in to your member benefits via the link in this email.

If you can't find the verification email in your inbox, have a look in your junk email folder for an email from [email protected] with the subject line: Verify your email address to access your OneFamily Member Benefits.

We'll be sending registration invitation emails to our members throughout the year. Please bear with us while we send them, and keep an eye out for your invite.

The registration form will only accept email addresses with standard formatting. If there’s a typo, for example an email address without an ‘@’ symbol, this may stop you completing your registration.
