What is the Direct Debit guarantee?
The Direct Debit guarantee applies to all Direct Debit payments you make. By agreeing to the guarantee, we're promising to protect our customers from errors and to give you a full and immediate refund if we make a mistake.
There are two Direct Debit guarantees that apply to OneFamily customers. One applies to customers who opened their product through Engage Mutual, before it became part of OneFamily Group, and another for all other customers. The two are very similar.
