How do I change the direct debit I use to pay into a child’s account?
You can change the direct debit details by logging into your online account and going to the summary page for the child’s account.
There you’ll be able to see the details of the regular payment you have set up and make any changes you need to.
If you’re regularly paying into a child’s account but you’re not the account holder, please call us on 0344 8 920 920 to make any changes to your regular payment. Our call centre is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5.30pm.
