Since joining OneFamily over nine years ago, Gemma has worked in a variety of roles that support our customers and communities – including member benefits and charity partnership programmes.
With an Undergraduate degree in Psychology (University of Reading), Gemma blends her interest in how people think with a deep understanding of our customers and products. Her aim is to create content that helps people understand the often complex world of finance, and ultimately choose the product that's right for them.
When she's not writing about all things finance, Gemma can be found running the trails on the South Downs (in all weathers!)
