Lifetime ISA Terms and Conditions

• When you’re ready to use your lifetime ISA to buy a home, you’ll need to let your conveyancing solicitor know that you intend to use a lifetime ISA. There are two forms that need completing:
  • For you to complete: Investor Declaration Form
  • For your solicitor to complete: Conveyancer Declaration Form

  Please don’t log in and withdraw money directly into your bank account. Withdrawals must be done through your solicitor. Otherwise, you will be charged the 25% government withdrawal charge on everything you take out.

From your 60th birthday onwards, you’ll be able to log in and withdraw money from your lifetime ISA into your bank account whenever you like without incurring a withdrawal charge.
