When you’re ready to use your lifetime ISA to buy a home, you’ll need to let your conveyancing solicitor know that you intend to use a lifetime ISA.There are two forms that need completing:
- For you to complete: Investor Declaration Form
- For your solicitor to complete: Conveyancer Declaration Form
Please don’t log in and withdraw money directly into your bank account. Withdrawals must be done through your solicitor. Otherwise, you will be charged the 25% government withdrawal charge on everything you take out.
