OneFamily Cashback Terms and Conditions

(Effective from 01 November 2023)

This document sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the OneFamily cashback offer. Participants shall be bound by these rules upon claiming the offer and are advised to read these terms before proceeding.

  1. The offer is as stated on the third-party site, and no other alternatives will be offered. OneFamily reserve the right to substitute the offer with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  2. This offer cannot be combined with any other voucher, offer, cashback, discount, or promotion code. If another offer or discount is applied to the purchase, you will not be eligible for the cashback.
  3. OneFamily reserve the right to amend or alter the terms and conditions of the offer at any time, without notice.
  4. Only available on an account open with a UK address.
  5. Cashback is available through the cashback website on genuine, tracked transaction completed immediately and completely online.
  6. All policies are run through extensive validations checks and cashback will only be paid on valid policies. The eligibility is checked 180 days after your first premium or lump sum has been paid.
  7. Cashback will not be paid if you stop paying or reduce your contributions, make withdrawals, or cancel the policy before the terms are met.
  8. Cashback is only available to one account per person.
  9. Cashback is not currently available when transferring an existing ISA from another provider.
