OneFamily e-voucher Claiming Terms and Conditions

1. These Terms and Conditions apply to eligible customers “Claimants” who have qualified to claim an e-voucher. 

2. Qualifying Claimants will be sent a unique claim code to the email address provided to OneFamily enabling them to claim an e-voucher at onefamilygifts.com.

3. By participating in this Promotion, the Claimant is submitting information entered on the online claim form to a third party (Lock-In Marketing) to issue the Gift. Details submitted will only be used for the purpose of providing the e-voucher and will not be shared with third parties or used for marketing purposes.

4. Unique claim codes are valid for 12 months from the date of sending and must be used within 12 months. After 12 months the code will be invalid and the Claimant will no longer be able to claim their e-voucher.

5. Claimants must enter the email address provided to OneFamily and their unique claim code at onefamilygifts.com to register for their e-voucher.

6. Once registered, claims will be processed within 5 working days and Claimants will receive their e-voucher to the email address provided.

7. Claimants may be required to register for an account with the gift retailer “Retailer Account” (including but not limited to Amazon, Boots, Argos, Marks & Spencer, Mothercare) with the email address provided to OneFamily in order to use their e- voucher.

8. In the case where claim emails cannot be delivered, a second and third attempt to send will be made 48 hours later. If the email provided is incorrect then the Claimant will not receive their e-voucher claim code.

9. Once credit has been assigned to the Claimant’s Retailer Account, the e-gift voucher is considered claimed and any further transaction with the credit will be within the Terms and Conditions of the retailer.

10. Claim codes and e-vouchers are non-transferable, for sale or re-sale, or redeemable for cash. Claim codes have no cash value. 

11. The promoter and its agents reserve the right to offer a substitute e-voucher of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
