How can I amend my Direct Debit?

If you're the Registered Contact (RC) and registered for Online Account Management (OAM) you can increase or decrease your direct debit online.

If you want to change your bank details by post, just complete a Direct Debit Mandate form found in the link below and pop it in the post to:
