For the following FAQs please refer to the answer that relates to the provider you took out your product with (prior to April 2015). This will be either Family Investments or Engage Mutual.

Where can I get a Statement?

Junior ISA and Child Trust Funds

We'll send you a Junior ISA statement twice a year - once around your child's birthday and again about six months later.

If your child has a Global Investment or Ethical Child Trust Fund, we'll send a statement just before their birthday if a contribution was paid into the account during the subscription year since their previous birthday. We'll always send a statement before the child's 5th, 11th and 16th birthdays.

If your child has a UK Investment Child Trust Fund, we'll send a statement in September if the CTF is worth £300 or more, and you've paid in subscriptions during the statement period. If the CTF is worth less than £300 or you haven't paid in any subscriptions during the statement period, we'll just send you a statement in the years following the child's 4th, 10th and 15th birthdays.

For a Cash CTF, we'll send a statement to the Registered Contact every year, just before the child's birthday.

If you're registered for Online Account Management, you can see statements online whenever you want. You can also choose to have paperless statements.

Junior Bond and Family Bond

We'll send a statement once a year, just after the anniversary of the Bond's start date.

For Junior Bonds, we'll send the statement to the payer until the child turns 18, when we'll send statements to them instead.

Engage Mutual
Child Trust Fund

We send out CTF statements in September every year.

We'll send you an annual statement if the CTF is worth £300 or more, and you've paid in subscriptions during the statement period.

If the CTF is worth less than £300 or you haven't paid in any subscriptions during the statement period, we'll just send you a statement in the years following the child's 4th, 10th and 15th birthdays.
