Laura: So, my name’s Laura, I'm from Brighton
and I've worked in OneFamily for four
years. I'm one of the team managers in
the call centre.

Kam: My name's Kam, I've been working at
OneFamily for about five years now.

Dan: Hi, I'm Dan I've worked at OneFamily since
august 19 2019.

Beth: My name's Beth, I've been at OneFamily for about six
years now.

Laura: My role involves coaching and managing people
within the call center, so I'm there to support
them. My job is to make them better at what they do.

Beth: So, I started about six years ago, I was fresh out of uni,
I wasn't quite sure like exactly where I
wanted to go. But I kind of knew that I
wanted to be around people and I liked
business. [When] I joined OneFamily, I started
learning the different products and what OneFamily was about.

Dan: I started off on the Child Trust Fund line,
servicing the Child Trust Funds and then
moved on to life assurance.

In that time, I've had opportunities to
do project work, which keeps it interesting I
suppose! It mixes it up and gives variety to
the role.

Kam: So, the team that I'm working
with now, just a really lovely group of
people, currently I'm working from home
three days a week. When you are in the
office you get to see a lot more faces
so it's a vibrant environment to work
in.

Laura: My office days are usually the fun
days, it's really nice to see my team
it's nice to kind of bond with them face
to face as well.

Dan: We always have a good laugh,
so there is a great work-life
balance I feel.

Laura: We want people to develop within the
company, we want you to do more.

Charlie: Currently I'm working towards becoming a
manager myself, there's always something
you can move into if you want to.

Kam: With OneFamily I think they realise how
important their employees are to the
business.

Charlie: I do feel quite supported in my role, I
always feel like there's somebody there
for me.

Dan: There's quite a few benefits;

back from your medical expenses. So

Beth: You can get different
discounts, so with shopping and
cinema.

Laura: It's just brilliant. It's
like you get so many different things.

Beth: One of my favourite things is that
everyone just wants to help each other.

Kam: Just the people, the environment, it's
just a good vibe.

Beth: OneFamily really focuses on making sure that the

but also its customers really matters,
which is probably why I've stayed here for
such a long time. It's not just a tagline,
you can see it in the environment.
